SCREEN PRINTING SERVICES
ON PLASTIC
Plastic screen printing is a reliable method for decorating plastic products. The best printing results depend on selecting the correct ink, preparing the surface properly (especially for HDPE and PP), and curing the ink correctly.
ON GLASS
Glass screen printing is a high-quality printing method used to decorate glass products. It provides excellent print durability, attractive appearance, and resistance to scratches and chemicals when the correct ink and curing process are used.
ON CLOTHES
Cloth screen printing is a widely used textile printing method that produces durable, colorful, and high-quality designs. Proper fabric preparation, suitable ink selection, and correct heat curing ensure excellent print quality and long-lasting performance.

A fine mesh screen is stretched tightly over a metal or wooden frame and coated with a light-sensitive emulsion.
The desired artwork is printed in black on a transparent film, placed over the screen, and exposed to intense UV light. The light hardens the emulsion everywhere except where the dark design blocks it. The unhardened emulsion is washed away, leaving a clean mesh stencil.
The plastic substrate is placed securely under the screen. Specialized plastic-adhering ink (usually UV-curable or solvent-based) is poured onto the screen. A rubber blade called a squeegee is pulled across the mesh, pressing the ink through the open stencil directly onto the plastic.
The wet plastic part is immediately passed through a UV light tunnel or a thermal baking oven. This instantly cures (hardens) the ink, bonding it to the plastic and making it smudge-proof and chemically resistant.
